Driive ("we," "us," or "our") is a B2B scheduling and booking platform for home-service businesses, available at getdriive.com. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have. We keep things in plain English -- no legalese walls.
What data we collect
We collect only what we need to run and improve Driive:
Information you provide
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Company name and business details
- Appointment, booking, and lead data you enter into the platform
- Billing and payment information (processed by Stripe)
- Calendar data when you connect Google Calendar or Outlook
- Addresses and location data for scheduling and routing
- Files and images you upload (e.g., company logos, avatars)
- Messages you send us via forms or email
Information collected automatically
- Device type, browser, and operating system
- IP address and approximate location
- Pages visited, clicks, and time spent on our site
- Cookies and tracking pixels (see below)
How we use your data
- Scheduling and booking: To power the core service you signed up for
- Calendar sync: To sync appointments with Google Calendar or Outlook when you connect them
- Routing and maps: To calculate drive times, geocode addresses, and optimize scheduling
- AI features: To score leads and generate text embeddings that improve your workflow
- Communication: To send transactional emails and SMS, onboarding info, and product updates
- Marketing: To send promotional emails (only with your consent; you can unsubscribe anytime)
- Payments: To process subscriptions, invoices, and billing via Stripe
- Analytics: To understand how people use our site so we can improve it
- Advertising: To measure ad performance via pixels from Google, Meta, and Reddit
- Error monitoring: To detect and fix bugs via Sentry and application logs
- Support: To respond to your questions and troubleshoot issues
- Security: To detect fraud and protect our platform

Data security
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted databases, and access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Data retention
We keep your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. When you delete your account or request deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days (except where we are legally required to retain it).
Data deletion requests
You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@getdriive.com. Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will confirm your request and complete deletion within 30 days.
Children's privacy
Driive is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for significant changes, notify you by email or a notice on our site.
