During onboarding, we'll white-glove your setup including service areas, team member assignments, appointment types, and duration ranges. You can adjust these settings anytime through the organization settings tab in your dashboard.
Driive looks at each team member's previous and next appointments, calculates drive time between locations using real traffic data, and scores available time slots. Green slots are optimal (minimal drive time), yellow are acceptable, and red are inefficient. The system automatically suggests the best options to customers.
You can upload your company logo, customize colors, and personalize booking page messaging through the branding settings. Your customers will see your brand throughout the booking experience, not ours.
Customers can reschedule using the same booking link they originally received. The system will show available alternative slots based on the same drive-time optimization, so rescheduled appointments are still efficient.
